This photo was taken a couple of years ago during a 10 day visit to the west coast of the US. We spent a couple of days around the Big Sur area, which is known for it’s vast wildernesses and breathtaking views as it stretches 90 miles along the rugged Pacific Ocean. The waterfall pictured here is the McWay Falls which is an 80-foot waterfall located in Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park that flows year-round and is one of the few waterfalls that empty directly into the ocean when the tide is in.
