This sunset shot over London and of The Thames was taken from the Sky Garden, on top of the Walkie Talkie building, 20 Fenchurch Street. It was shot during February, on a surprisingly warm and mild day, especially for that time of the year. I was probably hoping for a few more streaky clouds during the sunset, instead we had a single, thick band of cloud all the way along the horizon, which made sunset a bit earlier on that day and didn’t make for the most spectacular golden hour – just means I’ll have to return again soon with the hope of another sunset over this beautiful city.
